Amazing Plastics Limited is located in Ningbo China and is founded in 2001 with 20 years of developing and manufacturing experience. Our factory now covers an area of 3000 square meters and 25 injection machines (form 120g-3000g) has more than 60 workers to contribute themselves to customers' satisfaction.

How We Do
1. Inquiry: Pls provide drawings, materials, QTY and special requirements, or samples and pictures to us. According to your dwg, we'll give you suggstion or quote directly.
2. Quotation: After understand your requirements, we will send you a professional quotation in 24 hours if possible.
3. Discussion before order: If have any questions or comments(like material, colors, tolerances, process, package, delivery terms), we will discuss with you by mails, directly to call you, or video conference.
4. Order and production: After getting your PO, we will act at once with the mold design, material purchasing, material analysis, manufacturing, an inspection of mold, and during production.
5. Sample confirmation: send the prototype or some samples for you to confirm. Or we can also produce a small batch before mass production. In this way, we can help you to control the quality and money risk.
6. Mass production: After your approval of samples and small batches, we will move to mass production. We will do QC control and production update during the whole production.
7. Quality control: When the mass production is finished, we will do spot checking or complete inspection of the whole order. Finally, we will send you a professional inspection report to check. Once you confirm the QC reports, we will prepare the package and delivery for you.
8. Assembly and packaging: We will pack the parts normally cartons and pallets and use bullet foam to protect the products well.
9. Delivery: Flexible delivery (Express or air shipment or sea shipment, delivery to your port, to your door, or directly to your customer)
Cost Contol
We are familiar with different material, process and calculate the cost with high advantage to you to win the orders. Compared to US and Europe factories, Our price will be cheaper more than 30%.
Risk Control
Our process will be drawing confirm, price confirm, samples, small batch, and then mass production. And we will provide professional inspection reports in ever step. We are avoiding the risk with mass production without reports from suppliers.
